ATTRACTIONS

The following attractions, entertainment and exhibitions will be available during the weekend:

VINTAGE AND CLASSIC VEHICLE DISPLAY

Over 500 vintage and classic cars are expected to exhibit in this year’s event. Classes include car clubs, pre 1940 vintage to modern classic cars, buses, military and commercial vehicles, steam engines, motorbikes, scooters and bicycles. Exhibits will be parked up along the seafront and on the Wish Tower slopes and Western Lawns, on King Edwards Parade.

CAVALCADE

Both days of the event start with a seafront cavalcade from either Fort Fun Car Park in Royal Parade or the Southern Water Treatment Works on Prince William Parade. The cavalcades commence at 10.00 a.m. and starting point depends on vehicle type, age and size.

MARKET STALLS

Visit the French Market along the middle promenade of the seafront, throughout the weekend and bank holiday Monday. A variety of other trade stalls, refreshments and beer tent will also be available for visitors to sample on Saturday and Sunday.

FAIRGROUND RIDES

A traditional ‘Gallopers’ roundabout with horses will be set up at the bottom of the Wish Tower Slopes – all the fun of the fair suitable for adults and children alike. Further funfair rides will be available at the Western end of the Western Lawns
